School Admission Procedure

Admission Procedure for Pre-Primary Classes

A Parent or a guardian of a new student seeking admission for class NUR to I ,must note that the following attachments are necessary at the time of registration for admission:

 

• » Child’s Birth Certificate.
• » Aadhar Card {both of child and any of the parent}.
• » Samagra ID and Family ID.
• » Previous Class Marksheet {if passed any class before}.
• » 2 passport size photograph of the child.
• » In case the child is adopted, parents will have to produce attested copy of the adoption certificate issued by the competent authority.
• » In case of divorce/separation, the parent who is admitting the child will have to produce a copy of custody of child certificate issued by the competent law officer.

Admission Procedure for Primary and Middle Classes

For admission in Class II to VIII , following attachments are necessary at the time of registration for admission:

• » Aadhar Card {both of child and any of the parent}.
• » Samagra ID and Family ID.
• » Bank account details of student.
• » Previous Class Marksheet .
• » Original Transfer Certificate from previous school.
• » Student’s PEN from previous school {PEN Permanent Education Number for updating student profile on shiksha portal and UDISE+}.
• » 2 passport size photograph of the student.
• » In case the child is adopted, parents will have to produce attested copy of the adoption certificate issued by the competent authority.
• » In case of divorce/separation, the parent who is admitting the child will have to produce a copy of custody of child certificate issued by the competent law officer.

 

Admission Procedure for High and Higher secondary Classes

For admission in Class XI to XII , following attachments are necessary at the time of registration for admission:

• » Aadhar Card {both of child and any of the parent}.
• » Samagra ID and Family ID.
• » Bank account details of student.
• » Previous Class Marksheet {original copy if passed from any other board}.
• » Original Transfer Certificate from previous school.{with counter signature of district educational officer if passed from any other board}
• » Student’s PEN from previous school {PEN Permanent Education Number for updating student profile on shiksha portal and UDISE+}.
• » 2 passport size photograph of the student.
• » In case the child is adopted, parents will have to produce attested copy of the adoption certificate issued by the competent authority.
• » In case of divorce/separation, the parent who is admitting the child will have to produce a copy of custody of child certificate issued by the competent law officer.

 

Withdrawal From School

The school reserves the right to remove the name of any student from the roll for:

» Areas of fees for more than two months.
» Continuous absence of the student for more than 10 days without notice.
» Irregular attendance, Lack of attention to studies.
» If the student fails in the annual examination twice in the same class, beyond class IX.
» Misconduct on the part of the Parents/Students.

The school reserves the right to expel any student whose conduct is harmful to other students or damages the fair name of the school. Immorality in words or deeds, willful damage to school property, grave insubordination, contempt of authority, unsatisfactory progress, involvement in acts of crime or violence inside or outside the school etc. are sufficient grounds for expulsion from the school.

Transfer Certificate

• » Duplicate copies of transfer certificate are not ordinarily issued. In special cases such certificates will be issued after verification, on certain payment . An affidavit should be filed regarding duplicate T.C.
• » Application for transfer certificate should be submitted in school before 31st april,after that a certain amount will applied on it.
• » Photocopy of marksheet of passed class should also be attached with the application of transfer certificate.
